Weddings
Kyalami Country Club is the perfect destination to host your nuptials. Our function room can seat 250 in a wide sweeping room with gorgeous vistas of the the golf course or we can nestle smaller groups into wonderful cozy segments of the larger room. The function room is serviced by it's own bar, separate entrance and access to the airy and balmy patio. Our white canvas approach to your event is essential in helping you create the theme and atmosphere you deserve. If you're looking for a boardroom to brainstorm in, a conference room to network in or just a patio on which to quench your thirst and host a lunch under the gorgeous African sky. Kyalami has it all. We can host up to 12 in our boardroom, between 30 and 300 in conference style seating in our function room and anywhere between 10 and 80 on our gorgeous patio. Our functioning team has years of experience and we are ready to welcome to our club and tailor make a package for you.

How It Works

Provisional Booking
On receipt of the fully completed booking sheet and signed regulations; a provisional function reservation will be made. A deposit invoice will be sent to The Client. Provisional bookings will only be held for period of 10 days. Should another query be made with regards to the
same venue, the client will be contacted and given 24 hours to confirm their booking otherwise The Club reserves the right to cancel the provisional booking upon written notice to client.
BOOKING DEPOSIT: 50% of your quoted amount.
Confirmation of Booking
A 50% deposit of the quotation and a proof of payment is required to confirm a reservation within 14 days of your provisional booking unless an alternative arrangement has been with Management. The Club reserve the right, should the deposit not have been paid (within the 14 Days) to cancel your provisional booking; in respect of the above facilities, upon written notice to the client.
Cancellation and Postponements
Please note as there is considerable demand for club facilities, if a reservation is cancelled less than ninety days (3 months) prior to the
confirmed date the deposit paid by the client shall be forfeited.
All cancellations or postponements must be directed to Management in writing. The Club considers a function postponement as a cancellation.
The Club reserves the right to cancel any booking in writing without liability on its part in the event of any damage to, or destruction of the venue by fire, or any other cause beyond control of the Club, which shall prevent it from performing its obligations. In these circumstances, every effort will be made to find an alternative venue.
In the unforeseen event of a function canceled due to sudden COVID-19 restrictions, the function will be allocated to a new available
date or a venue hire refund will be issued.
